When you start one of the routines, it also calculates how many calories you’re burning with the routine. With a push of a button, you can activate Sweat Mode and instead of difficulty, it displays the intensity of the routines. The game featured it as a standalone mode in earlier versions, but has been just an in-game feature since Just Dance 2016. Essentially, it is a separate mode dedicated to calculating calories and, in its early days, more physical routines. ![]() Just Dance 2020 brings back the Sweat Mode feature introduced in Just Dance 2 for the Nintendo Wii. And it’s all thanks to one nifty in-game feature. If you also need some form of cardio to start your workout, this game provides that, as well. If you love to dance (like me) but can’t be bothered to learn competition-level routines, playing this game can get things going. Since the PS4 has a camera that you can buy to play Just Dance, though, it seems like the PS4 version tracks the movement of your whole body to determine your performance if you’re using the camera.I recently snagged a copy of Just Dance 2020 for the Nintendo Switch, having little experience of playing it on the PlayStation 4. This is pretty obvious to me while I’m playing because the game does not give me a performance marker (Perfect/Super/Good, etc.) for movements that involve my left hand. since you can use one Joy Con to play Just Dance on the Switch, it seems to me that, when determining your performance while playing, the game only takes into account the position of your right hand (if you’re holding the Joy Con in your right hand) and NOT your whole body. However, I quickly noticed something about Just Dance on Nintendo Switch that’s different from the PS4 and Xbox One versions. Hello everybody! I got Just Dance 2021 for Christmas last year for the Nintendo Switch, and I’m really enjoying it so far! It’s my first Just Dance game ever and I’ve managed to get a good number of Superstars and Megastars, and I’ve been having a lot of fun learning all of the routines and improving my scores with practice.
